Thoughts for Tap '20 ???

I always wondered if we could have a scenario where there could be 2 divisions, a veteran division, where you could keep most or all of your team, and a AAA Division for new players into the game.
The new players would be happy, playing vs. their similar range, and savvy expensive invested teams could keep most or all of their team.....divisions could go to silver-2, gold-2 etc....
Newbies and vets would still spend cash at a similar rate, and there would be less confusion, anxiety and anticipation.

Oh, and AAA teams could be "called up" to the big leagues with a nice gift too once they met a pre-determined threshold.
