On 3/29/19 friday I purchased the Mookie Betts box and a heap of gold. I never received any gold or the player . I have sent tickets to customer support. I even sent an email yesterday (4/1 Monday) Not one response from anyone at all. I even sent them my purchase receipts. So, this is how you treat your customers? The worst customer service i have ever seen. I guess my next step will be legal action. Sad that it should come to that over $13 but i work hard for my money and will not let anyone just take it..
