Took my money, and never got my items. No response for 36 hrs and counting

On 3/29/19 friday I purchased the Mookie Betts box and a heap of gold. I never received any gold or the player . I have sent tickets to customer support. I even sent an email yesterday (4/1 Monday)  Not one response from anyone at all. I even sent them my purchase receipts. So, this is how you treat your customers? The worst customer service i have ever seen. I guess my next step will be legal action.  Sad that it should come to that over $13  but i work hard for my money and will not let anyone just take it..

The issue has been resolved..for some reason their response didnt come through the game. Had to force stop and reload. After that my items were there and that actually had responded.
