Ballpark and fan rewards

It’s frustrating that Glu sells us something that is advertised as leveling up with gold spending but has such limitations. There’s going to be 5 days of Fan Rewards this week. So that leaves two days to buy anything  and have it level up my ballpark. I know I won’t be spending any gold until next week. Glu how about making an adjustment to this policy?

All gold spent goes to the stadium, except when fan rewards is active.  So currently only about 3-4 days/week. 

The next update promised to allow gold spent to count towards both during "certain fan rewards".  Probably meaning during weekday pop-ups, but NOT on weekends.
