Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Lost account due to pressing load user and not keep playing

I have a gamecenter and had 2 names made on rr first one got scammed for my campaign car so i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it after that an alert popped up asking to load user or keep playing i clicked keep playing and made a new account. Now I've been playing on the new name for months now but a day or 2 ago i accidentally clicked on load user after started the game and putting phone into my pocket and now my new account is lost. Anyway i can get that back? And just before that i received a error message and game froze is what prompted me to close out app in the first place. Thanks admin for hearing me out waiting on you're glorious reply

    Hi SS, this is a very unsafe way to play the game, especially when updates come out. Basically a death wish for your campaign. Unfortunately I dont know if it is retrievable. The safe route you should of taken was creating a new GameCenter account. That way, you can still have access to both your old account and current account. My suggestion would be submitting a ticket. If you havent already, scroll down to the bottom of page you will see a "contact us" link. Click the link and state your issue. Would be best if you stated both your old RR name and current (you want retrieved) RR name. Hopefully this helps. Don't spam them with emails. I did once have a problem and i was fortunate to receive a reply within the same day. Expect 1-3 days. Feel free to send me direct messages if you have further questions.

    It is an easy fix. You need to send in an email with your game center nickname, the old racer name, and the racer name you want to use. Once we get to the ticket we will move the game center association over to the account you want and you will be able to load it to your device. Just a warning though we are extremely behind on tickets and out 2 days next week for the holidays so if you put one in today you may not get a response until after new years.

    Also forgot to ask when my old account is synced back to me when i get it back do i hit keep playing or load user cuz i will still have one name still one rr as in load user. Is like the first name i ever used it doesnt get overwritten if i hit keep playing with new account but if i hit load user then the new name gets erased sorry thanks again

    Once we move the association over the load user will be the one you do want.

    i will put my concerns here because i have same scenario with our thread starter i already emailed my concern last 2 days in support section but i don't have an idea if you had received it, no confirmation coming from you.. question? where can i find that ticket? do i need this ticket in able for you to retrieve our lost account?

    Pr1mus, email cie support. support@ciegames.com with your new gamer name the one u want back along with youre gamecenter name so they can sync your old acct with ur gamecenter. Emailing any support team is called a ticket. They are off today and tomorrow so expect a few days till you hear back from an admin which they are very prompt.

    Have you tried to call them? I'm thinking of doing that for my son. Wonder if that's the preferred method rather than waiting for an e-mail.

    We have been out of the office 8 of the last 11 days (2 weekends and 2 holidays) and still haven't recovered from the abnormally large number of tickets from the week before Christmas. There will be a long delay before we can get to any tickets. We are currently answering tickets at about 14 days old so if yours was 12 two days ago you should get an answer today or tomorrow.
