allies upgrade ( horse master, riflemaster and sowrdsmith)

i would like to suggest the upgrade for horse master should tell for how much the cheaper rate for other horse charge. because there is no use to upgrade the horse master if we just upgrade his health but the rate of the horse train doesnt make an impact at all..:(
at least horse master upgrade should look similar like heroic mount
