Crashes

Hi, the game crashes during start up. It stucks in the glu logo then crashes. Will you address this issue?

    When did you notice your game started crashing?

    Hi, I did all those precautionary measures but still crashes. I just reinstalled it and quickly saved every game in the cloud. Thanks
