Confirm Gem Spending

Please have a confirm dialog box before spending gems in the Store. I spent 100 gems (bought 2 50 gem items at once) as I was scrolling the Store screen on my iPad. I've also accidentally hit the gem upgrade instead of the chance upgrade for gold. Granted that is my stupid error, but I don't think scrolling the screen on my iPad should have triggered spending gems.
