Can someone explain to me how to get the different attributes for each citizen to get higher? And also how does each business pick a sales manager for it? I'm new and just have so many questions lol

Attritubes get higher as they work. They have to be working in a business that matches that attribute and they have to perform the restocking for their position in the business. Or you can "Train" them. Go to their "townhouse", click on the citizen and then choose "train" It will cost small bucks.
You have to assign sales managers from your friend list. Click on "sales manager" for any business and a list of your friends will show up to choose from.

hey fellow gamers!

how do i solve this? my resident's attribute is maxed out at 3 yet his goal is to reach an attribute of 5. normally, i would train but in this case, i can't. help!!! thanks!

if you equip an outfit, it can raise that attribute
