equip items

I have a couple of chars and use a lot of items. My guestion is about the equipment i cant equip. If i go to inventory there i can change and use items for my heroes. This works really easy just push the equip button. There are 2 places for the equipment i cant put in any items. On the free place is written: tap to add...
Are there items i can get for these places or are they always empty?

I was wondering if i would use 7 peaces of equipment on a heroe since there are 7 places in the inventory.

The 2 spots on top are for accessories, that are sold in store. I have not seen them drop in missions.

Also, they are randomly sold in stores.

So only on special sale and only gold coins or can i buy them using silver?

Its glu coins only and you see it only sometimes as they are part of the "Recommended gear", that refreshes when you go from map to store, but not when you go from skills/inventory to store.
