Stuck at 64

Hi is anyone else out there stuck with 64 buildings. The town hall states to get to the next level you need 70 buildings but I can't get that far as the plots of land have stopped being for sale. I have all the 40 shops available and 24 townhouses all fully built I have completed all the trophy s have the latest update an no change to my issue. I've acquired 64 friends Do I need more maybe. Who knows. If anyone can help I'd be grateful.

Since writing this I have since found out that there are only 64 buildings available in the current game and more are being developed Guess we just have to wait a while
