Not getting appropriate responses from support

I sent in several support requests detailing bugs and/or asking them to explain something. The responses I get back are in broken English and do not have anything to do with the questions or issues I submitted. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there any other way to get someone to acknowledge an issue or explain something?

    That's unlucky, when I had problems I was get responses from someone called Gabriel, have to say he was brilliant and kept me fully updated and replied to all my queries.
