Been 3 week incident 130430-000213 , please give me a response, spend over $100
For gold coin and now all my upgrade , gold champ is gone, did not uninstall the game

    I did have sorceress,but I only play 14.99 ,I still have her but just all my upgrade and all my progress is gone

    I lost everything after level 56 all of my progress gone. All my glu coins 70k in silver everything was upgraded and I got several other people playing the game. I hope I can get my progress back.

    Try to open a ticket and they might look into for u,but for my case I dun think they r goiNg to do anything,but at least I know I cannot put money into this company no more, cause this is the very first time my case not resolved
