Bug - Troop Trample

Not too long ago I upgraded Troop Trample level 4 (should do 13000 damage). It was working correctly at this level for awhile (a day?). I'm 100% sure it is not working correctly now. Each time I use it I get maybe 4000 or 5000 of damage. To get souls I would go back and replay level 42 and could beat it every time. When troop trample stopped working correctly I can't beat it at all, it stops as soon as it hits a tough enemy or two. For example, I know I saw the troop trample stop after hitting a pair of NIO GUARDIANs (2000 health each). After suspecting the problem I have used it several times paying close attention to the enemies it was going though and where it would stop, so I am certain it is doing no where near the 13000 damage it is supposed to do.

This is on an iPhone 5. As far as I can tell the app is up to date (app store doesn't tell me otherwise).

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to fix?

Thanks!
Bruce

This problem has actually gotten worse for me. It may be slowly diminishing the amount of damage I do with each troop trample. Now I seem to be getting around 1000-2000 damage each time. Sometimes it can not even kill a single WANYUDO (health = 1500). I just wasted 20 gems upgrading troop trample to level 5 (should do 13,650 damage) hoping this would get it out of this state, but it didn't help. This has been very frustrating. I was really enjoying SVZ2, but now I can't bring myself to try to advance in the story levels. I have so much invested in troop trample (over 100 gems), so somebody PLEASE help!

    Thanks,
    Bruce

You sure thats the correct power output of the troop trample?

mines at level 10 and it only does 16900 worth of damage..

As far as I know this has to do with the number of times you beat a wave. The more times you actually do, the stronger the enemies get, so myeah, the whole point of being able to see how much HP your enemies have is quite useless if you're repeating them.

Thanks nagoyah. I was just comming to that same comnclusion myself, but glad to have someone else confirm. I wish it would actually show the correct health for the unit when touching them before starting a wave, that would have made it clear to start with.

mthead - Thanks for the response, and yes, I'm sure. The amount of incremental damage really tapers off at level 5, so you don't get much bang for your buck past that.

    Thanks again,
    Bruce

Definitely agree to that, it should just show the exact details of the mobs you're fighting at that moment, no matter how much times you've beat the wave.
