Problems with connection

I got a problem with the Internet connection in game. Wifi is working perfectly, so I can serve the net and play other online games, but HoD tells me that i don't have internet connection, so I can't upgrade my heroes and harvest coins. What can I do to solve this problem?

You can't see any timers(on missions, heroes training etc) in the game, right?
All timers are stopped, the numbers are not shown, and when I try to train my heroes it says "you must be connected to the Internet" or smith like that
