My game stops loading after it reaches 1/4 of the progress bar. I tried uninstalling (despite being unsure whether my progress would be saved or not) and reinstalled; but to no avail. HELP!

I play on a samsung galaxy S3. Non rooted.
I've been playing for about a month and have done TONS in the game, and I'd hate to lose it just because the game has glitched *sigh*
