Why has this not been implemented yet?
Its a win win situation for GLU Mobile, a new way to earn money.
This also resolves the issue with people that bought your expensive heroes.
Or people who are now ready to pay for more skillpoints

I never did that mistake and bought all heroes with 1 level but I can easily imagine people feeling after such purchase.
Of course setting a skill cap, previewing multiplayer functions.
As COBOK, I'm one of the skill point holics, but fixing this kind of thing is what'll make people happy again; we have a good heart AND want to keep the community alive, heh.
