Change time frame HELP

I'm newer to this game and I notice a trophy task of change time frame? What does that mean? Is it going from time zone to time zone? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    its getting one of those special taxi ride where either speeds up sales or stock, or speed up construction of the building.
