my money lost after auto-renewal subsribed glu credits

Hey there, I want to know how did I can get the glu credits after auto-renewal?

I am subscribing USD9.99 monthly that I will get 300 glu credits but after I got the message from glu mobile games to my email address and I checked it out the glu credits that I subscribe did not appear on the game..why it become like that? Am I must restart the phone? Or download the game again?
