  Just one of the reasons the teamups are pathetic. Most people hire Tlanac as soon as they can. By level 9 he'd be so out-distanced by the rest of your party you'd have to farm levels for days to make him useful. Z'dar on the other hand is hanging out eons before you have the levels to use him...
