Do Speed Boosts stack?

Quick question as title

Do speed boosts stack with each other? I.e. if I have a character with 3 items that's give a 25% speed boost do I end up with an overall boost of 75% or is it just the highest speed item that counts?

Great question. It is all speculative but the math looks more like this:
.25+ (1-.25)*25= .25+.1875=.4375
.4375+ (1- .4375)*.25= .4375+.140625
=.578125%

Thanks for the reply - interesting post you linked. I did consider trying to experiment with a stopwatch but figured the timings would be so small that human error would make any testing pretty useless.
