I can't open the game

  Try turning off and turning back on whatever device you are using. If you are using an iPhone or iPad, pushing the power button only puts it to sleep. You have to hold the button until you get the "slide to power off" option. Also try closing and opening the program. To do this press the home button twice. The home button is the button at the bottom center of the device. Next keep your finger held down on one of the icons at the bottom of the screen until you see the icons shake. Pressing the minus sign at the top left of an icon will close the program. I don't know how android systems work, but you can always go to the store where you purchased your device and ask if you don't like reading manuals.

  to me it is the same

  and when the bar starts to load (loading)
  
  freezes at least 30%
