Upgrading runic items

So i think that you get more upgrade points if the item that you upgrade with is upgraded.

Anybody test this?

Yes, u will get more upgrade points with upgraded stuffs but costs more runes to fuse.

So I tested this slot over the last few days. Here is what I found:

All items lvls don't matter it all depends on rarity and the lvl it is upgraded too.

If you take a lvl 1 green upgraded to lvl 5 and a lvl 6 green upgraded to lvl 5 you get the same growth after fusing for the same amount.

The amount you get from a green upgraded to lvl 5 and a blue upgraded to lvl 5 is about 3-5 times as much and the same from blue to purple.

Long story short keep higher color items you don't need upgrade and use those.

The higher lvl you are trying to upgrade to on a runic item takes substantially more items(there should be some sort of number assigned to bar below the upgrade so we know exactly how much is needed and how much we are reviving for want we fuse)

To move a purple runic item from lvl 0 to 1 takes just a few items. To move it from lvl 9-10 takes almost 20-30 items.

Yup i also tested this out yesterday. I found the same results. Upgrade all blue items to level 5 and then go for it.

Let me just warn you. It probably takes somewhere between 2-300 blue upgraded items to get a runic item to level 10 orange.

Yes and to amend my post above its more like 2000 -3000 shards to get to orange lvl 10

The runic items when fully upgraded are the same as a lengady item lvl 10 with the same stats. Pretty good deal if you have the time and patience. You just have to be specific on the ones you upgrade and I have spent every day since their release upgrading 1 item and only have it a purple lvl 10. It takes alot of runes and alot of items to fuse.
