More mines and Runic Upgrades

With the increasing cost of training as you get to the higher ranks there should be some more mines to capture later in the game. Especially once you have completed most of the missions there is little opportunity to earn enough coins to keep your team leveled up and a lot of experience gets wasted while trying to earn enough coins to level up. Replaying the levels doesn't pay out nearly as many coins and since the runic items demand all of your extra gear you can't sell any of that either. The leveling up on the Runic gear I think should be more generous as well with some added value going towards the level of the item as well as the rarity. This is because when you are using higher level weapons the runic gear does not provide any use until you upgrade it much higher. So trading in a level VI weapon should provide more of an upgrade than a level III weapon.
