Buying leveled heroes

Hi all.

I know, when you buy a leveled hero (lets say for example a 10 level hero) he comes with 1 skill point per level, but my question is, what happens with the party level bonuses?

As you may know, every 5 levels of your party you get a general bonus for all your heroes which consists in 20 health points and some attack points. If I buy a level 10 heroe, would I get 2x this rewards inmediatly? or the game only checks when you leveled heroes in the normal way?

all your heroes would get 40hp, if you buy the level 10 hero. This is a stupid idea anyway.

Not so stupid.

I made that question this way to simplify my question but what I really am thinking to do is to buy a full leveled Rognan (lvl 40) just to get the 160hp and the attack bonuses for all my other heroes, not having to level him all the way to 40 allowing me to save time and in-game coins.

I don't really want to use Rognan as one of my main heroes, so I was asking if someone knows if I would get all the points this way or not.

Please don't answer yes or no unless you are completely sure,
