This is just a guess, but based on the amount of BUGS this game has and the limited content the game gets with every patch. I would say that they don't have programers who can or have time to code something like this.

that is true. according to estimates, the game only makes $4k a month. way too low to properly support a programmer, much less two.

ops...my bad. it's per day. not bad but not really record breaking game though. just do a quick search for "heroes of destiny revenue" and i got the link above.

well if you have a game that gives you 120k a month i would save you should be able to afford proper programmers.

What's the advantage of multiplayer? I'd rather the time and resources were used to create more content. More dungeons, more bosses, more challenges to keep the game from getting stale.

multiplayer mode will allow for pvp and party plays. it makes the game 10x more addictive. as an e.g. diablo 2 survived as long as it did because of party plays and pvp mode.

I duno, this game is pay 2 win. It also depends on how much you play.
