Bf bonus help?

I can never seem to get the bonus that comes with my Bf. I've tried everything including hot dates and upgrades. Flirting and bewitching him alone doesn't give it to me so what am I doing wrong? Can an Admin tell me?

    I keep gettng boyfriend upgrades and they dont work. I also thought tou were supposed to be able to control your boyfriend and make him buy you stuff.
