Sorry to hear that.

The easiest way to restore your game is if you remember your "Token" ID in the "Social" menu of the game.

After you reinstall your game, there's a button on the title screen of the game that says "Played Before?"

You can tap that button and enter in your Token ID to recover your game.

You can also use this feature if you want to play the game on different devices.

So, If I don't remember ID, if I remember only nickname, never restore again?

The app crashed and I had to reinstall it. Sadly, I had not memorized my token... surely there has to be a way to recover my token or otherwise continue my game.
