Ok I started playing this game maybe a month ago. My characters are all low 20ish. As I level I notice that there is a Roman numeric that is irrelevant to the weapons ability to level. The highest I've seen so far is V or Roman numeric 5. What does this mean and what is the highest Roman numeric possible throughout the game? Any advice and help would be appreciated. :cool:

    The tier number ranges from blank to VI. It's basically a power class. Green VI is more powerful than green V. Orange VI items max out at about the same power as a fully upgraded runic item.
