Bug Village Task Problem

I can't clear one of the tasks because its not working! Its been there forever and it is supposed to be counting the ladybbugs I save but the count stays at zero. An alternative would be to clear it with 30 coins which I don't have and which I wouldn't want to spend to clear something which is not my fault.

I'm having the same problem, only with the beetle count. I know they are gathering points, but when I collect the counter stays at zero.

Well here it is over a month later and still no help? I can't progress in the game without the beetles performing!!!
