i finished the states but in the achievements, there are 3 more named:

conquered fulong district
conquered chopperfield estates
conquered meadows projects

what are those?

because there are nothing to fight left, i guess :)

    Its the end of the game :). I am still playing, wanna have all cards to the max. I also have few districts left, I think they are special districts for characters :)
