Upgrades and Breakthrough Nodes
When ever I want to Attempt a Breakthrough Node for an Upgrade to my gun or suit, it always gives me a warning saying "Unpredictable technical advancement is required to enable progress". And it makes me spend ALL of my research points to and Attempt it to "Succeed". How do I get past this, and not have to spend all my research points?
