Episodes downloading issue

Hi,

I tried to download episodes until Episode 4. It was glitchy but I made it somehow. My problem is that I can't download Episode 5 at all I tried everything except deleting the game itself of course. I receive all over same message "Failed to download content......". I downloaded last update but without results. iPad Mini, iOS7.1, fast sped internet (fiber-optics)
I submitted 2 tickets already but didn't get any response

I'm on episode 8 I have 21\21 skulls and it won't let me advance to the next episode...... Don't not what the problem is!

Understand your concerns but I can't progress at all. It is nothing to do with skulls it is about lack ability to download any new episodes doesn't matter what number

Hola, descaguė el episodio 5 Pero no me deja entrar a el, me marca error y me saca del juego, que puedo hacer para solucionar este problema, gracias

What the hell is this not able to download episode 5 till yet from one month.......is there any problem in ur game......tell me......otherwise I will update on Google play.......I want reply of ma questions.
