I don't recieve award

hi, i have a problem, Who after not getting the awards after the event? is the second time this has happened, I arrive among the first 1000 but I do not get the set as prize that falls to me. Why?

Same thing happen to me, i dont receive BOTH prizes for the tournament. I managed to place in top 100 during the toxic tournament and 1000th in the storm tournament but still nothing. im really ****ed at how badly the customer service here
