Crash!

I was playing dinos on my U.S. apple account, and it asked me to close the app in order to do an update, I did so and reopened the app, it started updating and then crashed, everytime I try to open it it crashes.
I tried logging in to my NZ account and opening from there, there is a different size update... U.S. said 8.3MB, NZ said 0.1 MB... either way I cant open the game
