lost all my stats

Hello, I didn't play this game about 2 months, but I've got backup in my iTunes. One day I accidentally deleted my game in my iPdone 4GS. I restore the game from PC using iTunes (last version), but when I launched the game it started from beginng I don't remember what level I was but I remember I got about 400 gold and lots of gun.... everything is gone.
Help please.
