Android User - Dino Hunter stuck at Updating screen

Hi All,

Yesterday i downloaded game to try it out and the game wont load, its stuck at updating game screen.

I am having same problem since whole last week with DH2014 and its stuck at preparing DH screen, i havent played DH for ONE WHOLE WEEK

and now to kill time i downloaded Dino Hunter and same thing with this game too.

i have opened ticked for DH error but no reply from GLU since July 5th, so i dont know if i open ticket for Dino hunter how long GLU will take to solve these issues. I am hoping soon.

Please GLU help me

The same problem here with adroid 4.2 on Lenovo ideatab S6000-H.
Wish to get new adjustment.
Message:" check your connection"

In the case of both issues, try the following:

1. Completely exit the game.
2. Open the Applications tab in your Settings menu.
3. Select Deer Hunter (or Dino Hunter).
4. Tap on "Clear Cache."
5. Restart your phone.
6. Make sure that you have an active and stable Internet connection.
7. Relaunch the game.

That should take care of anything that could be causing the problems. Also, the teams in charge of both games have been notified.

No it doesn't help...after clearing the cache and restarting the phone a few times..the result is still the same...

As per your instructions i have followed accordingly, by exiting games, clearing caches, restarting device and then launching games but no luck and both Deer Hunter and Dino Hunter are stucked at Checking for updates and Preparing deer hunter screens.

My internet connection is active with strong signals as i have been checking emails, playing other games while checking on Deer and Dino Hunter games. So i have no idea what went wrong with the games as i have been playing deer hunter for quite some time on level 10 with 372 gold, 1600+ platinum coins plus 5 million cash and i really hope my progress is saved other wise i am doomed

Please look into this matter and Thank you again.

After several cycles of the steps, still have no luck...the condition is the same...stuck on checking update on first run...with message...please check your connection....while I am on 6+ Mbps line....

I am afraid it is classic..to be device specific....or region specific...therefore don't be too .....
