Cant connect to network

Everytime I start the game I can play but it says not connected to network? It updates and starts up OK.

Is this a bug?

    So if you refresh your screen you lose all progress. This is not good because i just bought the starter pack. And really dont want to lose it. Is there anything we can do on our side so fix this issue

    Im having this same problem and its beginning to p me off are they aware of this problem and when or will they be attempting to fix it
