  Same here. Was on area 3 and almost finished. I put in a ticket 2 weeks ago and still nothing. They said 48hours, then 6 days and that was a long time ago. Lots of people with the same issue and absolutely no support. This is par for the course when it comes to glu. Even an update would be nice so we know something is being done to fix this.
