You really should mention what device you are using if you want any clear suggestions. Make sure to close your game out and reopen it to allow it to check for updates, or you can check your app store for updates.

If you still cant get it to update, then you should be patient and to make sure they know about your issue and are working to fix it;
Submit a ticket directly to the Customer Care Team by sending an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem. Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.

Region 4 is out on Kindle this morning. It wasn't available when I turned on my game at first, so I turned off the Kindle, turned it back on, opened the game and WooHoo!!! The hunt is on!

i have now done all region 4 where is the next one?

Mine as well,
Samsung galaxy s4
I've collected all region 4 map pieces before the reg 4 was released
Now I'm stuck at reg 3
Any advice ?
I hit 1.7m since I stuck there, means about 100+ play for nothing
