Sunken Tank?

Did anyone notice the half sunk tank on Region 5 , "kill 1 Baryonyx..." Pan to the left ,,, you really get a good view if you kill the Dino on the left. Looks really Cool! Add a moss covered Humvee at the base of the tower would be Wild.

Yes I saw it. Didn't know they even made tanks while there where dinosaurs around.

Maybe I was looking in the wrong place, but I thought I could see a partial bridge of a submarine buried there. Is it just me?

I have noticed lots of stuff there that doesn't belong when Dinos roamed the Earth. It seems like some people and their equipment may have gone through some kind of portal (like the Bermuda triangle) and got trapped there. They made a valiant stand, but the dinos got them in the end.

Lots of other man-made stuff like modern ships and Viking-like ships in Deadly Shores, the WW2 plane in Jungle Mists, the beacons and forts in Lost Fortress and more stuff that I cannot remember.

I did see the tank, with its big gun sticking up in the air.

Roland is right. A lot does not belong. It appears we are not in the past, but probably the future. Maybe after we wipe each other out the dinos take over. Those remaining are locked in a survival battle. Notice we are using high ops weapons, some even future exotics. I actually hadn't thought of it until this thread.

Kill 5 Muttaburrasauruses (say that one 5 times fast). Right center in the creek.

Now everyone is going to play I Spy in all of the scenes to find the hidden jewels.

I like to think we are on a mystical island were the dinos never went extinct. People that discovered the island came across the dinos, battled them and lost! Like the Vikings and maybe the military. Now it's our turn, equipped with high tech weapons, and a cute mission specialist!

It would explain a lot why it is deemed "unsafe" to move on to the next region unless we find the map pieces. When we find them all, then the voyagers must create a plan of attack. Then, the paleontologists must examine the dinos that exist there. When they determine how strong they are, they meet with the weapon and exotic makers to help them create effective weapons that can effectively penetrate the tough skin and armor of these new dinos. And these events are special "challenges" created by our commanders who have met with the exotic weapon makers to create state-of-the-art weaponry. When we complete those "challenges", our commanders bestow us with high honor and a prestige weapon designed for future regions. They even give us high payouts for these missions once we complete them.

You're concerned about Dinos and a tank.... how about all the ruined buildings everywhere... Obviously this is a Jurassic Park Island....
