How to restart game?

I just started playing this game yesterday but would like to restart 
I cannot see a restart option in the options menu 
I have deleted the app and it's it's data, and even removed it from my purchased list but when I reinstall and launch, my game progress is still there
I thought I would ask here before submitting a ticket to support, in hope someone knows
