Team Upgrades Priorities

How would you rank team upgrades in order of importance and what would be the minimum acceptable level for each to reach All-Star?

Tops for me would be:

pitching coach
hitting coach
pitch calling
outfield hands
infield hands
trainer

I upgrade my trainer and hitting coach first because I like to hit home runs and other extra base hits. It also depends on your personnel. I used to have a lot of quick guys who couldn't hit for power so I'd play small ball and improve my base coach. Now I have slower guys with good power so I've focused on the trainer more.

I'd say the three coaches are most important. While base coach might be the last of the three, I noticed even my 1 speed players taking extra bases (especially 3rd to home).
