Switching from Android to iOS

I've recently replaced my Galaxy S3 with an iPhone 5s. I have a lot of game data on my old phone, and I can't find any way to move it over. I'm logged in though Google+ on my Android phone, but this option isn't available on the iOS version.
Any ideas? I'm stumped.

It is my understanding that this is 100% not possible. There is no way to transfer game data from an iOS device to an Android (or vice versa). I even tried linking both devices to Facebook and on the second device it basically says this game is not supported cross-platform.
