Play mode not functioning

Good day, Moderators.
Below are the issues encountered:
1. Cannot load any map to play
2. You cannot click any heroes to level up
3. Can only view team and sort, and play the event however the normal mode like going to each map is not functioning.
4. Cannot click the store
My place in the event is 14th unfortunately im stuck at my present level and cannot increase as i cant even use my sparks coz heroes cannot be click.

You can't use sparks on Heroes, You can only use sparks to train creatures,
And I have no other responses for your other problems, Except that they are probably bugs/glitches in ABC.
PS: Breed higher ranking creatures to level up, And no, There are no experience points.
For example, Your a rank VI, But you can now breed rank VII creatures, If you breed that VII creature with the Rank VII DNA, You will level up(Increase rank.etc)
