I understand updating the players' skills based on the 2014 season, however players that were bought using gold during the "Hunt for October" should have been listed with their new skill points prior to being offered so gamers would know what they were paying for. Anyone who spent gold on Puig, McCutchen, Pence, etc. in the last month were sold a player that the developers knew were going to be less valuable in a few weeks. It is really messed up.

They should have had some kind of communication or announcement for this. It's a major update, and game changer. Especially those that spent actually money for #1 picks, only to see them drop in value.

It's a shame, a lot of potential, but probably spent too much on the front end and now going broke. Same thing happened with the other baseball game I used to play...updated every year for a while, then poof, gone. Same will happen here, too reliant on real life money now...
