The last Tournament ended yesterday but i didnt gain my rewards, or is it normal that you get it later?

They should show up in your game's mailbox. It's the little round blue envelope symbol in the top right corner of the main screen when you're looking at your team. If you click on the envelope symbol and they're not in it, then I'd write the customer service team, let them know, and hopefully they can get them to you.
Typically I have noticed you get the rewards for the tournament the day after it ends in you're games mailbox. So you should've got them by now. Just double check you mailbox and if they're not there then contact CS.

i got mine late, usually doesn't happen but it did this time for whatever reason

to me I have to the gems.ended the tournament and did not get gems why ???? are classified good.
