Perhaps you should change your name to Oxy, Moron.
My guess is the "official" drawback is just the date setting. On some games like this, you can reset the date on your device to a few hours ahead, and it will refill your energy because it isn't actually measuring time like a stopwatch, it's programmed to know when to refill a bar based on the time in your system.
