I have lost all my game progress and weapons..... Any word on it being fixed and or how to recover it?

    I have lost all my game progress - money - 60 mil., all my game guns and I have lost my level - 50. Now I am level 1 with no money, no guns. Pls fix it !!!!!!!!!
