glu credit zero

my glu credit went from 30 to zero. the forum said to delete a wallet folder, which I did, now I went back from level 300+ to 90+, although I saved to cloud. any suggestions?

    Sorry to hear this. The folder should not have effected the level, so there's not much else we can do. :/
