  I've NEVER seen one of those. Do you get extra points due to it being a Rare Animal?

  If I remember correctly, the dimetrodons came up in region 8. I remember shooting one and missing another as it rolled away out of the hunting ground. I was waiting for the hunt to declare a fail but it never happened until I realized that a third dimetrodon was hiding and I shot it down. Strange that one ran away and the other lingered. Nice beast though

  It is in the Extinction series. Came up in the later part of the first half of the series. It was a neat hunt. No rare value that I recall.

  Nope, no rare value. And none in the contract hunts, which is very disappointing.
